MSD Class of 2008 will be hosting the first annual MSD reunion at The Funky Buddha in Oakland Park on August 18th from 7pm-11pm.
Tickets will be $100, and couples tickets will be sold for $180.
Tickets include UNLIMITED Funky Buddha beer and various wine as well as a number of hors d’oeuvres and multiple food stations for the entire four hour event.
For transparency purposes, the total cost (so far) is $22,300.
Every dollar made over and above the cost of the event will be donated directly to Mobilizing MSD Alumni’s Outreach Committee to then be donated to an MSD related cause.
The idea is to make this an annual event with each “10 year” class hosting the event (next year class of 09 will host a similar event and donate proceeds to same committee). Hopefully, we can create an event that will benefit MSD for years to come.
